Oomen Loodgieter needed a better connection between planning, the back office and field technicians. I developed an automated workflow where incoming requests are converted directly into digital work orders linked to technicians' calendars.
This led to missed appointments, administrative overhead, and limited visibility into project status.
The result
Requests, work orders and planning are available in the same workflow. The back office can follow project status and use the information for invoicing.
Quad Solutions
Quad Solutions received a high volume of unstructured emails from external recruiters. I built recruiters.quadsolutions.nl: a dedicated portal with an API connection to Recruitee, so recruiters submit candidates directly through the platform.
Candidate visibility became fragmented and strong talent could easily get lost in the inbox.
The result
Recruiters submit candidates through a central portal. The API integration sends submissions to Recruitee for follow-up by the HR team.
