If you contact me or schedule a call, I may receive the following data:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Message or request content

I use your data to respond, schedule a call, prepare proposals, and work on your project. I use the data only for this purpose.

I keep data no longer than necessary. In practice: while contact or collaboration is active, and only longer if required for administration or legal obligations.

I never sell your data to third parties. I only share your data with parties that are necessary for my business operations (processors). With these parties I have processor agreements in place to ensure security. This concerns the following categories:

• Hosting providers: For data storage and running the website/applications.
• Software vendors: For email, accounting, and customer management.
• Payment providers: For handling payments.
• Government authorities: Only if legally required (e.g. Tax Authority).

This website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for visitor statistics and performance. With your permission, we also use the OpenAI pixel and Conversions API to measure which ads lead to contact requests. After a successful request, we share a conversion event, timestamp, contact page URL and available ad and browser references with OpenAI. Names, email addresses and message content are not sent through this server-side measurement. If matching is enabled, the pixel may process supported contact information in hashed form for ad attribution. The pixel uses __oppref (up to 30 days) and __obref (up to 365 days). Your consent choice is stored for up to 180 days. You can allow or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer; the contact form also works without consent.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Mouchli Software Consulting.

I take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized changes. My website uses a secure SSL connection.

If you believe your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact me via info@mouchli.com. You also have the option to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
