Mouchli Software Consulting is an independent software consultant. I work solo and am your direct point of contact. For privacy questions you can reach me at info@mouchli.com.

If you contact me or schedule a call, I may receive the following data:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Message or request content

I use your data to respond, schedule a call, prepare proposals, and work on your project. I use the data only for this purpose.

I keep data no longer than necessary. In practice: while contact or collaboration is active, and only longer if required for administration or legal obligations.

I never sell your data to third parties. I only share your data with parties that are necessary for my business operations (processors). With these parties I have processor agreements in place to ensure security. This concerns the following categories:

• Hosting providers: For data storage and running the website/applications.
• Software vendors: For email, accounting, and customer management.
• Payment providers: For handling payments.
• Government authorities: Only if legally required (e.g. Tax Authority).

Mouchli Software Consulting uses analytics software to understand visitor numbers. These statistics are configured in a privacy-friendly way and IP addresses are anonymized. I do not use tracking cookies that infringe on your privacy.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Mouchli Software Consulting.

I take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized changes. My website uses a secure SSL connection.
