Remote collaboration with direct communication
Most of a website, webshop or software project can be organised online. An introductory conversation covers your business, users and the improvements you want to make. Screen sharing lets you demonstrate existing pages, documents or workflows.
We then record the scope, schedule and arrangements in a proposal. During development, we review designs and working features together. You give feedback on concrete examples so the work remains understandable. Testing, training and handover can also take place remotely.
If your business is outside North Brabant, you can still discuss a project. Your requirements, existing systems and support needs determine the approach. Working across the country does not mean communicating through an account manager or an anonymous ticket system.
North Brabant as a regional base
Mouchli is based in Oisterwijk. For businesses in North Brabant, we can combine online discussions with an agreed on-site meeting where useful. This might be an intake at your business or a demonstration of an existing workflow. Availability, location and any travel costs are agreed beforehand.
Businesses in Tilburg, Eindhoven, Breda, ’s-Hertogenbosch and Helmond are welcome to get in touch. These cities are examples of the Brabant service area; businesses elsewhere are welcome too. Mouchli does not have separate offices in these cities.
If your project is primarily digital and your colleagues work across several locations, online meetings may be the most practical option even within Brabant. We choose a format that suits the people and the work without unnecessary travel.
What do we discuss before starting?
Explain the problem you want to solve, who will use the solution and which software or website you currently have. A website project might focus on visitors, content and enquiries. Business software often involves user roles, data and connections to existing systems.
We also agree who provides feedback, when we review progress and how handover works. If on-site work is needed, we include it in the scope. You know what to expect from the collaboration wherever your business is based.
