We map users, tasks, data and exceptions, then select a useful initial workflow. Concrete use cases define what is tested at handover.
Design reviews and demonstrations support feedback. Additional requirements receive separate planning. Scope and dependencies determine scheduling; a fixed MVP timeline is not promised for every project.
Work with existing systems
The solution may be a web application, portal or background process. APIs, data quality and permissions determine feasible connections. Migration includes discussing trial imports and data checks.
Deliverables and cost factors
The proposal defines features, roles, integrations, test cases and handover. More roles, migration and integrations can expand the project. Hosting, licences and management are discussed separately.
Source-code, account, documentation and support arrangements are recorded. Security, backups and deployment fit the selected environment. Third-party components retain their own terms.
