Custom portals and dashboards for your team
When operational information is scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and separate systems, collaboration suffers. A portal brings tasks and records together; a dashboard highlights what needs attention. I build both based on your team’s actual daily routines.
Request a proposalA portal for actions, a dashboard for insight
A business portal can combine tasks, requests and documents. A dashboard presents agreed data sources. We assess its users and the decisions or actions it should support.
Define the information first
We define metrics, source systems and required freshness. Not every application needs real-time data. Filters, exports and a visible update time can be more useful than another chart.
User roles and access permissions
We define which information each user may view or change. Customer portals also need separation of customer data. Sign-in, sessions and extra verification are scoped to use and risk.
Costs, testing and further development
Roles, screens, data sources and integrations determine scope. You assess an initial workflow with suitable test data. The proposal covers code, documentation, accounts, hosting and management. Additional features are planned separately.
Quad Solutions: A portal for recruiters
For Quad Solutions, I engineered a recruiters’ portal integrating with Recruitee. Recruiters submit candidate profiles directly through the interface. Discover how custom frontend and integration work together.
